Governance

The management and affairs of the Alliance for Chinese Mission in Europe shall be at all times under the direction of the Board of Directors, whose operations in governing the corporation shall be defined by statute and by its by-laws. No Director shall have any right, title, or interest in or to any property of the corporation.

Currently there are five (5) directors on the board. Their brief credentials are listed below:

Dr. Kai Shing Yeung

Kai Yeung was born in Foshan, China. He grew up in Hong Kong, receiving his B.Sc. from the University of Hong Kong, M.Sc. and Ph.D. from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany, all in electrical engineering. God used his scientific mindset and pursuit of truth to bring him to Christ soon after his immigration to the U.S. and working as a professor at the University of Texas at Arlington. Spiritually, he grew up in the Arlington Chinese Church, having been serving as an elder for over 15 years. He is blessed with a happy family with two grown up children. He and his wife have been serving as short and medium term missionaries to Germany over a span of more than ten years and plan to serve long term starting 2011.

Rev. Pei Hsia

Pei Hsia was born in Xian, China. He obtained his B.S. degree in Mathematics from the National Taiwan University, his M.S. in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University, and Ph.D. in Computer Science the University of Texas at Austin. He taught as a full professor at the University of Texas at Arlington for 18 years. He was on loan to the US Defense Department for one year to serve as a Visiting Professor at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Called to full-time ministry in 1998, he took an early retirement and graduated from the Dallas Theological Seminary in 2002. He has been serving at Evangelical Free Church of China (EFCC) Yanfook Church in Hong Kong since 2002.

Rev. Thomas Wang

王一民, 今年60歲, 在台灣完成大學教育後, 來美在UT Arlington取得會計碩士學位, 並通過會計師考試。在Fort Worth 市政府的審計(Auditing) 部門, 服務26年退休。1980年和來自台灣的徐澤恩姊妹結婚, 育有一女和一子。

從小在教會長大, 初三受洗, 1975年來美求學加入UTA國語查經班, 從研讀查考神的話語中, 靈命重新得到復興, 並積極參与查經班服事。1982參加雅靈頓華人教會, 在團契, 成人主日學, 傳道/差傳事工, 執事會, 和長老會服事神。1986年奉獻, 2003年蒙召, 開始進西南浸信會神學院進修, 2005從職場退休, 接受教會差派, 負責N.Irving/Coppell的植堂事工, 開始全時間事奉主, 2006年10月按立作牧師, 現為新生命福音堂主任牧師。

Mr. Kai Tai Yeung

Kai-tai Yeung was born in Foshan, China. He grew up and received his education in Hong Kong. He obtained his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Hong Kong, M.Sc. in Manufacturing Technology and Management from Cranfield Institute of Technology, U.K., and MBA from University of East Asia, Macau. He has over 35 years of management experience in manufacturing and vocational training. He attends Evangelical Free Church of China (EFCC) Yan Fook Church, Hong Kong and has served in the Deacon Board for more than 12 years. He has a blessed family with two grown up children.

Mr. Bill Luk

Bill Luk was born in Shanghai, China. His parents moved the family to Hong Kong when he was seven and he grew up there. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and an MBA degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a certified public accountant. His work life included finance positions at American Airlines and Alcon Laboratories. He, his wife and two sons attended Arlington Chinese Church for over twenty years and he served as treasurer, deacon, and elder during that time span. He is currently serving as a deacon at the New Life Gospel Church in Lewisville, Texas, USA.
